These terms apply when a school (“the School”) uses the Volvoq platform (“the Service”). By registering or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
Volvoq provides web-based school management software. Features and plan limits depend on the plan the School subscribes to. Features shown as “coming soon” are not part of the Service until released.
Accounts and approval
New schools apply and are reviewed before activation. The School is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides and for the actions of the users it creates. Keep credentials confidential.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans, limits and prices are confirmed in writing before activation. A plan or add-on is activated after payment is verified. If a subscription ends, the School’s account becomes read-only after any grace period; data is not deleted because of expiry.
School data
The School owns the data it enters and is responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including students’ and guardians’ personal information. Volvoq processes that data only to provide the Service.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access another school’s data, upload malicious files, or use the Service unlawfully.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and may update it over time. We may suspend a school for non-payment, misuse or security reasons, with notice where practical.
Liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding period.
